These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase of tickets for the IBC Sydney Gala Dinner (International Brewers Collective) from our website (www.ibcsydney.com or ibcsydney.com). By purchasing a ticket for the Event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Tickets
1.1 Tickets are sold subject to availability and to these terms and conditions.
1.2 Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.
1.3 The ticket price includes all applicable taxes.
1.4 The ticket holder is responsible for checking the accuracy of the booking details and ensuring that they are correct at the time of purchase.
1.5 Ticket purchaser agrees to comply with all and any requirements of the IBC host venue and suppliers.
- Payment
2.1 Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
2.2 Payment can be made via the methods specified on our Website.
- Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 In the event of cancellation of the Event, we will refund the ticket price to the ticket holder.
3.2 If the ticket holder is unable to attend the Event due to unforeseen circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or a credit note for a future event.
- Admission
4.1 Admission to the Event is subject to the terms and conditions of the venue where the Event is held.
4.2 The ticket holder must comply with all rules and regulations of the venue.
4.3 We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person from the Event for any reason, including but not limited to breach of the venue’s rules and regulations or unacceptable behavior.
- Liability
5.1 We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising from the purchase or use of tickets for the Event.
5.2 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Changes to the Event
6.1 We reserve the right to make changes to the Event, including but not limited to the venue, date, time, program, and lineup.
6.2 If the Event is postponed or rescheduled, the ticket holder will be offered the option of retaining their ticket for the rescheduled Event or receiving a refund.
- Intellectual Property
7.1 All intellectual property rights in the Event, including but not limited to copyright and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors.
7.2 The ticket holder may not use any of the intellectual property rights in the Event without our prior written consent.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales.
8.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
- Miscellaneous
9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the purchase of tickets for the Event.
9.2 We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our Website.
9.3 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
9.4 No waiver of any breach of this Agreement shall be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent breach.
